PERSONAL DATA: Resident of Teaneck 20 years. Age 49 years. Wife, Bette, has also been active in community affairs, including Presidency of Teaneck Council of PTA.

We have four children. Holly (25), now married, is a graduate of Syracuse. Laurie (23) is a graduate of Case-Western Reserve and is presently on fellowship to University of Pennsylvania. Jill (19) is a freshman at Boston University. Peter (15) enters Teaneck HS next fall.

EDUCATION: AB, BS and MS from Columbia University. Licensed Professional Engineer in New York and New Jersey. Member of Phi Beta Kappa, Pi Tau Sigma and Tau Beta Pi.

PROFESSIONAL: Professor of Mechanical Engineering at the City College of the City University of New York. Scientific Advisor to the U.S. Army Research Office. Member, ASME, ASEE, AOA. Recipient of 9 grants from the National Science Foundation for research, and 3 grants from the U.S. Army Research Office. Member of Doctoral Faculty of City University.

TOWNSHIP: District chairman, Community Chest. Jewish Welfare Council. Manager, Teaneck Little League. Member, Teaneck Jewish Community Center. Head of 1954 and 1955 United Committee for the Referenda on Benjamin Franklin and Thomas Jefferson Junior High Schools.
