This picture, -- loaned by Mrs. Arnold Wachenfeld, shows the first anniversary of the founding of the Woman's Club of Teaneck.  Mrs. Bernard Lippman, founder, is shown on the steps of her spacious home with a cake lighted by one candle.  Behind her is Mrs. Fairchild N. Ferry, Vice President then, who later served three terms as club president; seated, Mrs. Marie Ricord, Principal of Bryant School, -- who was secretary.  Standing behind the crown are Judge Leland Ferry as a young man, Mayor William S. Bodine and Recorder Carl Peck.  In the group are Mrs. Charles Sur, mother of Mrs. Anthony Manno, Mrs. Mathilda Schmidt, Mrs. Wachenfeld and her little daughter, now Mrs. Alfred J. Binder, Mrs. S. K. Leight, Mrs. Michael Dunne, President, 1934-36, Mrs. Julius Weisinger, first grade teacher at Hawthorne School, Mrs. W. A. Teaneck Club Holds Its 7th Birthday

Teaneck Woman's Club held its seventh annual birthday party the other with distinguished guests from a dozen organizations present.  At speakers' table were Mrs. Frank Crockford, Mrs. Louis B. Harrison, Harrington Park; Mrs. A. N. Mayer, Carlstadt; Mrs. W. Shinnamon, Mrs. J. B. Hunter, Mrs. Luella Lansing. Mrs. John Rosenberry, Mrs. James Murron.  Mrs. Austen Hemion, newly-elected President of the Sixth District; Mrs. Joseph H. G. Snyder, Rutherford; Mrs. Bernard Lippman, former president of the club; Mrs. Lester Kirschbaun, Leonia; Mrs. J. M. Riley, Pascack; Mrs. H. E. Butterworth, Bergenfield; Mrs. A. H.
