Joseph C. Roberts Sr.

Joseph C. Roberts Sr. was born in Delaware on 3/12/00 to Eugenia and Joseph Roberts. Joseph had three sisters: Mary, Sarah and Eugenia. The family also lived in Baltimore, Maryland and in Teaneck, New Jersey.

Joseph completed one year of college and worked as a salesman. He was married to Helen Roberts. They had two children: Joseph Roberts Jr. and Eugene Roberts. Joseph Roberts Jr. also served in the military during World War Two.

Joseph C. Roberts Sr. served as a Captain in the Headquarters Services of Supply. While serving his country in London, England, Captain Roberts died of acute pneumonia.

This loyal American Military Officer lies buried in Cambridge American Cemetery, Cambridge England.
