Ask-A-Librarian
Teaneck Public Library Online Reference Service
The Teaneck Public Library reference service on the Web enables you to ask questions and receive a response from a librarian via email. The electronic mailbox will be checked every day but Sunday and major holidays. It is our goal to answer all questions on the same day if posted before 3:00 p.m.
Guidelines
- Be specific, providing as much relavant information as possible.
- Complex questions may require a mail response. We will require a mailing address and there may be a charge for postage or photocopying.
- If you would like to be called, include a telephone number with your request. Toll calls may require a collect call.
This service is not for reserving books. It is for reference questions only. To reserve a book, use the BCCLS Search Page.
Please send any further questions/comments to our Web Editor.
